Filing a complaint
We make every effort to ensure that the products purchased by you have no defects. On the other hand, if you find that you have received a defective item or item that is different from what you ordered (different size, model or design), we will exchange it for free with the model or refund. Return shipping and re-shipping in this situation is paid for by us.
To make a complaint, follow these steps:1. Return / complaint form
Fill in the form or claim form and attach it to the parcel. The document should include the following information: name, email address or mailing address, phone number, product indication and cause of the complaint, date of purchase, defect occurrence and account details for which we will transfer money for advertised goods along with shipping costs.

Under the applicable law you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the return form and send it to our address with the returned product / products intact:
